Kast-A-Way Swimwear Team Fitting
Kast-A-Way Swimwear will be coming
to the Coffman YMCA on September 24th
from 5:00-7:00pm. You will be able to
buy a CFY Team Suit and all equipment
needed for practice and meets. If you
can not make it to the Coffman YMCA on
September 24th for the team fitting,
please email
Coach David
and he will work something out with your
order.

New Assistant Coach
The Coffman YMCA swim team is proud to
announce that Clint Bostick has been
hired as the assistant coach to the
National and Senior 1 groups. Clint has
been coaching in the sport of swimming
for over 20 years. Most recently he was
the Head Coach of (MCY) Miami County
YMCA from 2002 to 2006 and was also the
Senior Assistant Coach at (KEY)
Kettering YMCA from 2006 to 2008.

Practices are held at the Coffman YMCA.

The Coffman YMCA Swim Team had a
very successful long course season.
There were over 46 team records broken
during the season. The short course
season is approaching very quickly. I am
very excited to begin the short course
season. There are three new coaches for
the fall: Clint Bostick, Bobby McRae and Emily Oehrtman.
They can not wait to meet all of the
swimmers and begin coaching for the
Coffman YMCA Swim Team. More information
about the short course season will be

The
Coffman YMCA Swim Team Fees have
been updated. The new prices reflect if
you would like to combine fees for short
course and long course, or if you would
like to swim short course only or long
course only. If you have any questions
or concerns about the new fees, please

New Swimmer Tryouts
If you would like to try out the
Coffman YMCA Swim Team for a week for
free, please contact

The team is now allowing new swimmers to
tryout the program and see if it is a
good fit for them.

had to bump every practice time back by

Home Schooled Students
The Coffman YMCA Swim Team is
discussing the possibility of
having a new practice time
for home schooled students. The
coaching staff is trying to make the
practice schedule easier for swimmers to
attend who are home schooled.
